Delivery

We offer three great delivery services to make sure that your order always arrives on time. Our standard service usually arrives within 2-3 working days and our express service is guaranteed next working day (Monday-Friday). We also offer an international service for orders placed outside the UK.

Same Day Dispatch

Orders placed before 14:00 Monday - Friday will be shipped on the same day using your selected shipping service. Orders placed after 14:00 are not guaranteed to dispatch on the same day and are likely to be dispatched the next working day.

Standard Delivery (Not Tracked)

Royal Mail 2nd class £1.99 per order.

Usually arrives within 2-3 working days but is not guaranteed to do so.

Express Delivery (Tracked)

DPD Next Working Day £6.99 per order.

Arrives next working day (Monday-Friday). Please ensure there is someone available to sign for the package.

Our express delivery service is guaranteed next working day. For orders placed Monday - Thursday you order will arrive the next day.* Orders placed Friday - Sunday will not arrive until the following Tuesday.*

* Please note that our Express delivery option is only available to UK mainland addresses and excludes Channel Islands, Scottish Highlands & Islands and Northrn Ireland. Additionally, orders placed after the same day dispatch cut-off time will have 1 additional working day added to the delivery time.

International Delivery

DPD International Classic Road from £19.99 per order.

Usually arrives within 2-5 working days but is not guaranteed to do so.

Usually arrives within 2 working days for Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands.

Usually arrives within 3 working days for Austria, Denmark, Liechenstein, Switzerland.

Usually arrives within 4 working days for Czech Republic, Italy, Slovakia, Spain.

Returns

Before ordering please make sure that you check out our return terms below.

  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the item(s)
  • The item(s) must be in new condition or the same condition the item arrived in if damaged/defective
  • All packaging and parts of the item must be returned
  • Sealed items are non-returnable if the seal has been broken (unless damaged/defective)
  • Return postage costs for damaged/defective items will be reimbursed provided a valid VAT receipt is included with the returned item(s) or emailed to sales@wesellanycostume.com with the invoice number used as reference.
  • The buyer is responsible for return costs under any other circumstances (change of mind, item does not fit, etc)

Unfortunately we are unable to process exchanges as part of the returns process. If you would like a replacement item we advise that you purchase it separately.
